The plate testing lab is equipped with both manual chemical-dropping/mixing testing stations and advanced spectrum instruments to analyze the composition. of the battery plates the grids, the lead ingot. Our meticulous analysis reveals the outstanding purity of Pb% from the lead ingot, exceeding 99.996%. Additionally, it highlights the PbO more than 99.996%, it's also showing the PbO2% from PAM and Pb% from NAM of the battery plates. This ensures that the plate-pasting and plate-formation processes have been meticulously executed, guaranteeing that the finished plates for the upcoming battery assembly are in optimal condition. We rigorously analyze the formation and conversion of PbSO4 to ensure the round-trip of electric power Reserve and Supply performance of the plates during the charging and discharging cycles is optimal. Our battery testing station subjects completed batteries to extreme conditions (constant high or low temperature, constant high power discharge, short circuit current tests, etc.) and conducts rigorous destructive experiments to determine electric limits and prevent micro-short-circuits. Regular experiments on semi-products include cutting open the inter-cell connection to verify welding quality and examining the internal terminal installation to ensure sealing quality and prevent leakage.
