In our plate testing lab, we utilize both manual chemical-dropping/mixing testing stations and advanced Spectrum instruments to thoroughly analyze the composition of the battery plates the grids, the lead ingot. This analysis accurately reveals the superior purity of Pb% from the lead ingot at over 99.996%, and also uncovers the PbO₂% present in PAM and Pb% in NAM of the battery plates, ensuring that the plate-pasting and plate-formation processes are flawlessly executed, preparing the finished plates for optimal battery-assembly conditions. We also scrutinize the formation and conversion of PbSO₄ to gauge the round-trip electric power Reserve and Supply performance of the plates during charge and discharge cycles. In our battery testing station, we recreate extreme conditions (such as high or low temperature extremes, constant high power discharge, short circuit current tests, etc.) and conduct rigorous destructive tests on completed batteries to determine their electrical limits and prevent micro-short-circuit occurrences. Beyond electrical tests, we regularly conduct experiments on semi-products. We dissect the inter-cell connections to inspect welding quality and evaluate the internal terminal installation to ensure superior sealing quality and prevent any leakage.
