Our in-house laboratories provide exceptional support, featuring a plate testing lab equipped with both manual chemical-dropping/mixing testing stations and advanced spectrum instruments for precise composition analysis. of the battery plates the grids, the lead ingot. In our battery testing station, we simulate extreme conditions (constant high or low temperatures, high power discharge, short-circuit current tests, etc.) and conduct destructive testing on completed batteries to ascertain their electrical limits and prevent micro-short-circuits. In addition to electrical tests, we routinely perform experiments on semi-finished products. We dissect the inter-cell connections to inspect welding quality, and assess the status of internal terminal installations to ensure superior sealing quality and prevent leakage. Our philosophy is to intimately understand our batteries before they reach our customers.
