In our cutting-edge plate testing lab, we employ both manual chemical-dropping/mixing testing station and sophisticated Spectrum instruments to meticulously analyze the composition of the battery plates the grids, the lead ingot. This thorough analysis reveals the impeccable purity of Pb% from the lead ingot, exceeding 99.996%, and also highlights the PbO2% from PAM and Pb% from NAM of the battery plates, ensuring that the plate-pasting and plate-formation processes are flawlessly executed, guaranteeing the finished-plates are in optimal condition for the upcoming battery-assembly. We analyze the formation and conversion of PbSO4 to assess the electric power Reserve and Supply performance of the plates during charge and discharge cycles. In our battery testing station, we recreate extreme conditions (constant high or low temperature, constant high power discharge, short circuit current test, etc.) and conduct rigorous experiments on completed-batteries to ascertain their electric limits and preempt micro-short-circuits. In addition to electric tests, semi-product experiments are regular. We meticulously cut open the inter-cell connection to verify welding quality, and we evaluate the internal terminal installation status to ensure superior sealing quality, preventing any leakage. We firmly believe in thoroughly understanding the batteries before they reach our customers.
