Our analyses confirm the outstanding purity of Pb% in lead ingots exceeding 99.996%, alongside the PbO2% from PAM and Pb% from NAM in the battery plates, verifying the plate-pasting and plate-formation processes are meticulously executed, ensuring premium quality finished plates for battery assembly. We analyze the formation and conversion of PbSO4 to evaluate the electric power reserve and supply performance throughout charging and discharging cycles. Our battery testing station simulates extreme conditions (constant high or low temperatures, consistent high-power discharge, short circuit current tests, etc.) and conducts rigorous experiments on completed batteries to ascertain electrical limits and prevent micro-short-circuits. Additionally, semi-product experiments are routinely conducted. We inspect inter-cell connections and welding quality, verifying internal terminal installations to guarantee sealing quality and prevent leakage.
