In the plate testing lab, we employ both manual chemical-dropping/mixing testing stations and advanced Spectrum instruments to meticulously analyze the composition of the battery plates the grids, the lead ingot. Our analysis precisely reveals the exceptional purity of Pb% from the lead ingot exceeding 99.996%, and it also shows the PbO2% from PAM and Pb% from NAM in the battery plates, ensuring that plate-pasting and plate-formation processes are optimized, thereby guaranteeing that the finished-plates for the subsequent battery assembly are in prime condition. We analyze the formation and conversion of PbSO4 to assess the round-trip electric power Reserve and Supply performance of the plates during charge and discharge cycles. In our battery testing station, we simulate extreme conditions (constant high or low temperature, high power discharge, short circuit current tests, etc.) and conduct destructive tests on completed batteries to define their electrical limits and prevent micro-short-circuits. Beyond electric tests, we regularly conduct experiments on semi-products by cutting open the inter-cell connections to verify the welding quality. We also inspect the internal terminal installation status to ensure superior sealing quality, preventing potential leakage. We are confident in our deep understanding of our batteries before they reach our customers.
