We analyze the PbSO₄ conversion to understand the power Reserve and Supply performance of the plates during charge/discharge cycles. At the battery testing station, we simulate extreme conditions (constant high/low temperature, high power discharge, short circuit tests, etc.) and conduct rigorous tests on completed batteries to determine electrical limits and prevent micro-short-circuiting. Beyond electrical tests, we regularly perform experiments on semi-products, cutting open inter-cell connections to inspect welding quality and checking terminal installation to ensure sealing quality and prevent leakage.
