This thorough analysis verifies the exceptional purity of Pb% from our lead ingot, achieving more than 99.996%purity. Our process also examines the PbO2% from PAM and Pb% from NAM of the battery plates, which is crucial for understanding the plate-pasting and plate-formation processes, ensuring the finished-plates are primed for seamless battery-assembly. We meticulously analyze the transformation and conversion of PbSO4 to discern the round-trip electrical power Reserve and Supply performance of the plates during charge and discharge cycles. In our advanced battery testing station, we simulate extreme conditions (constant high or low temperature, continuous high power discharge, short circuit current tests, etc.) and conduct rigorous destructive experiments on completed batteries to ascertain electrical limits and preclude micro-short-circuits. Beyond electrical tests, experiments on Semi-products are routine. We meticulously cut open inter-cell connections to scrutinize welding quality, and rigorously assess the status of internal terminal installation to ensure superior sealing quality and prevent leakage. We are confident in our comprehensive knowledge of the batteries before they are delivered to our valued customers.
