This analysis showcases the superior quality of Pb% from the lead ingot, highlighting the premium purity more than 99.996%, and also demonstrates the PbO2% from PAM and Pb% from NAM of the battery plates. This meticulous scrutiny confirms the excellence in plate-pasting and plate-formation processes, ensuring the finished plates for battery assembly are in peak condition. We rigorously analyze the formation and conversion of PbSO4 to comprehend the round-trip electric power Reserve and Supply performances of the plates throughout charging and discharging cycles. At our battery testing station, we simulate extreme conditions (constant high or low temperatures, constant high power discharge, short circuit current tests, etc.) and conduct destructive experiments on finished batteries to understand their electrical limits and prevent micro-short-circuits. Beyond electric tests, semi-product experiments are conducted regularly, where we cut open the inter-cell connections to assess welding quality, and scrutinize the status of internal terminal installations to ensure flawless sealing quality and prevent leakage.
