In the plate testing lab, we employ both manual and Spectrum analysis to assess and verify the composition of each battery plate, ensuring the integrity of our grids,and lead ingots. Our analysis confirms the superior purity of Pb% from the lead ingots exceeding 99.996%, while also indicating the PbO2% from PAM and Pb% from NAM of the battery plates. This thorough analysis ensures optimal plate-pasting and plate-formation processes, securing finished plates in peak condition for assembly. We also investigate the transformation and cycling efficiency of PbSO4 to evaluate the round-trip power reserve and supply performance during charge and discharge cycles. In our battery testing station, we simulate extreme conditions (such as high/low temperatures, high power discharges, short circuit tests, etc.) to determine electrical limits and prevent micro-short-circuits. These rigorous electric tests are complemented by regular Semi-product experiments, where we inspect inter-cell connections for welding quality and verify the status of internal terminal installations to assure superior sealing and prevent leaks.
