Striving to "Offer Reliable and Powerful Batteries", GEM Battery meticulously manages every process of quality-control during production. Our in-house labs provide substantial support to our products. In the plate testing lab, we use both manual chemical-dropping/mixing testing stations and Spectrum instruments to analyze the composition of the battery plates the grids, the lead ingot. Our analysis reveals the exceptional purity of Pb% from the lead ingot exceeding 99.996%, and also showcases the PbO₂% from PAM and Pb% from NAM of the battery plates. This ensures that plate-pasting and plate-formation processes are optimized, guaranteeing that the finished plates are in peak condition for battery assembly. Our analysis of the formation and conversion of PbSO₄ offers insight into the electric power Reserve and Supply performance of plates during charge and discharge cycles. At the battery testing station, we simulate extreme conditions (constant high/low temperature, high power discharge, short circuit tests, etc.) and conduct destructive tests on completed batteries to determine electric limits and prevent micro-short-circuits. Beyond electrical tests, regular experiments on semi-products are conducted. We cut open inter-cell connections to evaluate welding quality, and inspect internal terminal installation to ensure sealing quality and prevent leakage. We are committed to thoroughly understanding our batteries before they reach our valued customers.
