In the plate testing lab, we employ both manual chemical-dropping/mixing testing stations and advanced Spectrum instruments to precisely analyze the composition of the battery plates and grids, along with the lead ingot. The analysis reliably confirms the premium purity of Pb% from the lead ingot exceeds 99.996%and also accurately displays the PbO2% from PAM and Pb% from NAM of the battery plates, thus verifying the excellence in plate-pasting and plate-formation processes. This ensures the finished plates are in optimal condition for subsequent battery assembly. We meticulously analyze the formation and conversion of PbSO4 to gauge the round-trip efficacy of electric power Reserve and Supply performance across charge and discharge cycles. In our battery testing station, we simulate extreme conditions (constant high or low temperatures, continual high power discharge, short circuit current tests, etc.) and conduct rigorous destructive experiments on completed batteries to ascertain their electric limits and prevent potential micro-short-circuiting. Besides electrical tests, regular experiments are conducted on semi-products. We precisely dissect the inter-cell connection to rigorously check the welding quality and scrutinize internal terminal installations to ensure superior sealing quality and prevent any leakage.
