In our plate testing lab, we utilize both traditional manual chemical-dropping/mixing testing stations and state-of-the-art Spectrum instruments to analyze the composition of the battery plates. Beyond electric tests, regular experiments on semi-products are conducted. We dissect the inter-cell connections to scrutinize the welding quality, and we verify the status of internal terminal installations to ensure superior sealing quality and prevent leakage issues. We strongly believe that comprehensive knowledge of our batteries is essential before they reach our customers.
