In the plate testing lab, we utilize both manual chemical-dropping/mixing testing stations and advanced spectrum instruments to precisely analyze the composition of the battery plates and the grids, including the lead ingot. This comprehensive analysis reveals the remarkable purity of Pb% from the lead ingot, exceeding 99.996%,and also displays the PbO2% from PAM and Pb% from NAM of the battery plates. This helps us ascertain that plate-pasting and plate-formation processes are optimally executed, ensuring the finished plates for subsequent battery assembly are in pristine condition. We further analyze the formation and conversion of PbSO4 to gauge the round-trip electric power reserve and supply performance of the plates throughout charge and discharge cycles. At the battery testing station, we simulate extreme conditions (constant high or low temperature, elevated power discharge, short circuit current tests, etc.) and conduct rigorous destructive experiments on completed batteries to discern electric limits and prevent micro-short-circuits. Beyond electric tests, regular experiments on semi-products involve cutting open the inter-cell connections to verify welding quality, and inspecting the internal terminal installation to ensure further sealing quality, thereby preventing leakage.
